RAISING OF THE MONUMENTAL PEACE FLAG IN ZITACUARO-MICHOACANN-MEXICO

Receiving the Peace Flag represents one of the highest honors and one of the most sublime responsibilities that man achieve. To be the recipient of this flag that symbolizes DIVINITY, HOPE, and HARMONY is to hold up forever the standard of Jesus Christ's legacy.

I am profoundly grateful to Dr. Alicia Rodriguez for she has come to bring us life and hope and to show LIGHT onto the darkness of our nation; thanks to Dr. Rodriguez and the Peace Flag, today I feel that the main reason to live and the greatest of human experiences is to work tirelessly for a harmonious life together, for justice, and for liberty.

Being in Peace is an endless task; it obliges and calls on us to maintain in force its stated purposes, principles, and actions. I conclude from this grande experience that peace is the best way to draw ourselves closer to God and to be more like him. And so, the greatness of the International Organization of the Peace Flag and of Dr. Alicia is that they bring us nearer to God's transcendence.

May no one act against harmony, may no one who act against life, and may no one seek to disrupt our tranquility; may no one be capable of living without understanding the true meaning of life: God, love, and always peace.

Thank you, Alicia, for the indelible mark you have made in our hearts, and for the seed that grows and in the future will speak of Alicia and of PEACE.
