On behalf of the International Committee, Governmental Organization of the United Nations, where all the collaborators are volunteers, none of whom receives a salary, the Honorable Mayor Don Francisco de la Torre accepted the Peace Banner from the hands of the Committee's President, who invited all citizens of Málaga, to join together in the

CULTURE OF PEACE

proclaiming by the International Committee that has 26 years of labor throughout the world, continuing the message of peace of it's founder, the illustrious artist Nicholas Roerich.
